Introduction to the Staff Directory

The Foxbright staff directory block provides the ability to create and maintain complete staff listings.

• All the formatting is done automatically, all you need to worry about is keeping the information up-to-date.
• Each staff listing automatically links to the staff profile page, if it is available.
• The directory can be searched by any combination of First or Last name, Building, Department or Position.
• Web visitors can send e-mails directly to staff members without exposing the staff member’s e-mail address to the web.  This protects the privacy of the staff member, while also preventing the e-mail address from getting harvested for use in SPAM.
• Staff listings can be reconfigured (eg. Changing the sort order, Changing how staff is grouped) within seconds, with no need to re-enter information.
