When editing a form, the Permissions tab allows you to grant permission to the form to other users. These users will be able to modify the form.
To assign permission to the form, click on the name in the Available Editors column.
To remove permission to the form, click on the name in the Selected Editors column.
Web Administrator - Additional Form Permissions
Additional permissions regarding a form can be granted by a web administrator. These permissions are accessed under Users/Staff, Permissions (for a user) and the Forms tab of permissions.
- Can Add/Delete Custom Forms - allows the user to add new forms and delete forms that they created.
- Can Manage All Custom Forms - allows the user full administrative rights to all forms.
- Can Export Custom Form Responses - user can export data of assigned forms but cannot edit the responses.
- Can Edit Custom Form Responses - user can view and edit responses of assigned forms.
