Foxbright has added settings to allow staff emails to be displayed in staff directory listings and within the contact form pop-up. These settings are accessible to web administrators only.
Staff Email Application Settings
Note: All application settings in the CMS are global. They will affect all relevant pages on a website. For these particular settings, all pages with a staff directory, staff list, or contact information block could be affected.
- Log into the Foxbright CMS admin panel.
- Click the Configuration tab and navigate to Module Settings > Staff Directory Settings.

The Show Contact Form setting activates the email icon in staff directories and listings and contains contact form when clicked. This setting should be left on unless it is desired to remove the contact form.
Note: The envelope is only visible when an email has been added to a staff member's account.
The Show Inline Mail To Link setting will make email addresses visible in staff listing blocks set to the 'row display' and in the contact information block type.
The Show Mail To Link setting adds the email address / mailto link to a popup that appears when the envelop is clicked from a Staff Directory with Search, Staff Listing using the column display, or Staff Cards. The site visitor is then able to either click / copy the email address, or click the contact form link (if the contact form is turned on) which then opens the standard contact form.
The Show Popup Mail To Link setting adds the email address / mailto link to a popup that appears when the envelop is clicked from a Contact Info or Staff List block using the row display. The site visitor is then able to either click / copy the email address, or click the contact form link (if the contact form is turned on) which then opens the standard contact form.
